RETURN POLICY

At Frankie & Kids, we like to make things a little easier. That’s why you can return your item within 30 days, provided it meets our return conditions.
REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Registered your return in advance via your customer account or by emailing
hello@frankieandkids.com

Please confirm:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return

Once your return has been registered, you will receive a return label along with further instructions.
RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging, where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds if these conditions are not met.
RETURN FEES

A fixed return fee of €4.95 applies to all returns. This amount will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive confirmation by email.

If approved, the refund (minus the return fee, where applicable) will be issued within 14 business days via the original payment method.

Please note that it may take several additional days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
