We process personal data that you provide to us directly or that is collected automatically when you use our webshop.

- Suppliers that ship orders directly as part of brand-to-customer fulfilment (such as partners via Faire), solely to the extent necessary for delivery
- Our accountant and administrative service providers
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We use international service providers such as Shopify. As a result, personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area.
In such cases, we ensure that appropriate legal safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We do not retain personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless we are legally required to retain it for a longer period (for example, tax-related retention periods of generally 7 years).

Our webshop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If we become aware that such data has nevertheless been provided to us, we will delete it.
