ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. We carefully prepare and pack your orders on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays).

Selected items from brands such as Charlie Crane, Wigiwama and Moustache are shipped directly from our brand partners. These items may have different processing and delivery times, which will be indicated on the relevant product pages.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • The Netherlands: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Other EU countries: 2-5 business days after dispatch
